This chapter examines strategies and policies for sustainable resource management, heightened by COVID-19, and the EU's push for systematic implementation through the European Green Deal and NextGenerationEU. The research question addresses whether existing regulations and practices are sufficient for meeting the EU's green and digital commitments. |
