When cataloguing or editing material that contains funding information (usually under the heading Funding, Acknowledgment(s), etc.), enter the relevant information in the ''Projects''/''Projekti'' tab in the categories funding body, funding program, project number, project title and project acronym.

The DiRROS code list contains information about projects and funding programs that are visible in OpenAIRE and SICRIS - Slovenian Current Research Information System, while projects from other funders must be entered manually.

Entering using the code list: use the ''Add project/''Dodaj projekt'' option and select the funder from the code list, then pefrorm a search (by project code, title) and select the appropriate information from the oprtions offered. When searching, it is important to enter the code correctly: if search does not return any results, try entering the code with spaces, hyphens, or without, etc.

Manual project entry: use the ''Add project''/''Dodaj projekt'' option and select ''Other - Other funder or multiple funders''/''Drugi - Drug financer ali več financerjev'' from the code list, then enter the information in the fields for funding program, project number, project title and project (or funding program) acronym.

Enter projects in the order in which they are listed in the publication (usually under the heading Funding, Acknowledgment(s), etc.)

If you need to enter multiple projects (programs), select the ''Add project''/''Dodaj projekt'' option again and repeat the process. As a rule, we do not enter data on scholarships and other similar sources of funding.
