Publications in gold open access are in most cases labeled with licenses that allow us to store the original, publisher's version of the article (VoR - Version of Record) in the repository.

As a rule, the copyrights are also properly marked on the publications.

In this case we store the PDF file of the final, publisher's version of the publication in the repository.

DiRROS administration interface ''Additional''/''Dodatno'' tab:

• in the copyright field, copy the information from the publication (e.g., © 2024 The Authors, etc.),
• enter license information:
• from the drop-down list, select the license as indicated in the publication,
• enter the license date, which can be found on the ''CrossMark'' tag on the publication (Check for updates icon), and in the notes field (''Related to''/''Vezano na'') copy the text describing what the license applies to (example: License information: Text adn Data Mining valid from 2022-06-01, Version of Record valid from 2022-04-07),
• if there is no CrossMark label on the publication, enter the date of publication of the Version of Record as the license date (there are no rules or precise provisions yet, this is the mos logical solution for now) and enter in the comments box (''Related to''/''Vezano na'') that it refers to the Version of Record.
