Title:Advantages of simulation-based learning in medicine
Abstract:Medical errors persist despite remarkable technological advancements in medicine. In the age of modern technology, ini-tial direct learning on patients is no longer ethical. Simulation-based learning has been introduced into medicine to reduce complication rates, improve patient safety, and enhance the quality of healthcare institutions. Learning technical and soft skills enhances self-confidence and improves the learning process. Trainees have welcomed it enthusiastically. With the rapid development of artificial intelligence, new educational methods are emerging that are facilitated by AI, enabling even more effective training. Simulation-based learning represents not only a key pedagogical tool but also an ethical imperative. Modern educational systems worldwide are integrating simulation-based education into their curricu-la. Thus, it is the responsibility of educators and healthcare leaders to incorporate it into educational programs and ensure its sustainable development
