Abstract:V članku so predstavljene sodobne kirurške in ostale metode v zvezi z zdravljenjem raka dojke. Omenjene so naslednje kirurške metode: totalna mastetkomija, resekcija dojke in aksilarna disekcija. Uporabljamo jih v najrazličnejših stadijih bolezni. Posebno pozornost članek posveča operabilnimsadijem bolezni.

Title:Surgical procedures in breast cancer
Abstract:Modern surgical procedures and concepts dealing with breast cancer are presented. Surgical procedures are total mastectomies, breast excisions and axillary dissection. They are used in different stages of disease. Especially operable stages are discussed.
