Abstract:S problemom goste dojke se pogosto srečujemo pri mamografski diagnostiki dojk.Čeprav sta se mamografska oprema in tehnika v zadnjem času izboljšala, jemamografsko gosta dojka še vedno diagnostični problem. Še vedno obstaja velik delež spregledanih karcinomov pri mamografsko gostih dojkah. Zato pri odkrivanju raka na dojki uporabljamo nove metode kot sta ultrazvok in magnetnaresonanca ter radiozotopske metode.

Title:Diagnosis of the diffuse processess in the breast: a problem of dense breast
Abstract:In mammographic diagnossing we often encounter a dense breast problem. Although the equipment and techniques in mammography have improved considerably in the recent years, the problem of establishing a diagnose in the dense breast which mammography could not detect. Therefore, new methods inthe detection of breast cancer, i.e. ultrasonography, magnetic resonance and radionuclide imaging, have been introduced.
