Abstract:	Evrazijski ris je na območju Slovenije avtohtona vrsta, saj naš prostor naseljuje že najmanj 40.000 let. V preteklosti mu je zaradi sinergije več negativnih dejavnikov grozilo popolno izumrtje, a se je zaradi intervencij človeka največja prostoživeča mačka v Evropi uspela obdržati. Danes na območju Slovenije živi približno 50 odraslih teritorialnih risov, pri čemer je njihova številčnost povezana s projektom LIFE Lynx. Pri sobivanju človeka in velikih zveri je izrednega pomena odnos družbe do živali. Odnos smo s pomočjo metode fokusnih skupin raziskovali med lovci in rejci drobnice.

Title:	The attitude of various interest groups towards the eurasian lynx (Lynx lynx) in Slovenia
Abstract:	The Eurasian lynx (Lynx lynx) is a species native to Slovenia that has lived in the area for at least 40,000 years. Throughout history, the species has been threatened with extinction due to a combination of factors. However, through concerted human intervention, Europe's largest wild cat has persisted in the wild. At present, the population of territorial adult lynxes in Slovenia is estimated at approximately 50 individuals, largely due to the efforts of the LIFE Lynx project. The attitude of society towards animals is of paramount importance in the coexistence of man and large carnivores. This was explored among hunters and small livestock keepers through a focus group method.
