V članku se ukvarjamo z dopolnilnimi dejavnostmi na kmetijah v občini Vrhnika. V občini deluje 509 kmetijskih gospodarstev, a se jih je do leta 2023 za izvajanje dopolnilnih dejavnosti odločilo le 22, kar je bistveno manj kot v sosednjih občinah. Na razvoj kmetijstva in dopolnilnih dejavnosti na kmetijah v vrhniški občini bistveno vplivajo svojske značilnosti pokrajine in ljudi, ki jo obdelujejo. Abstract:	Potentials for the development of supplementary activities on farms in the Municipality of Vrhnika Supplementary activities on farms are recognised as a successful mechanism for economic and social stabilisation of farms. Farms struggle to survive on the income from the main agricultural activities alone. In this article, we focus on the supplementary activities in the Municipality of Vrhnika. In 2023, 22 out of 509 Vrhnika's agricultural holdings engaged themselves in supplementary activities, which is fewer than in neighbouring municipalities. The development of agriculture and supplementary activities on farms in the Municipality of Vrhnika is significantly influenced by the specific characteristics of the landscape and the people who cultivate it.
