Abstract:The Culinary Trail Website Content Management Guide was developed within the Culinary Route of Ethnic and Local Cuisine in the Danube Region (Culinary Trail) project (2024–2026), which aims to preserve and promote the culinary heritage of ethnic and local communities in the Danube Region while supporting sustainable rural development. The guide provides practical instructions for managing and exploring content on the Culinary Trail platform, including culinary heritage entries, restaurants, and thematic trails. It describes the content submission and review process, as well as key platform features such as the Digital Catalogue and interactive maps. The guide serves as a practical resource for both content contributors and visitors, supporting the digital preservation and promotion of the region’s culinary heritage. The project was co-funded by the European Union through the Interreg Danube Region Programme.
