Abstract:Prispevek se ukvarja z elementi kakovostnih delovnih mest, s prioritetami, ki so pomembne za zaposlene in z ukrepi, ki zaposlene motivirajo pri delu in zaradi katerih zaposlenih ostajajo pri določenem delodajalcu ali se odločijo za zaposlitev pri njem. Plača je zgolj eden od teh elementov, čeprav je praviloma v ospredju razprav o zadovoljstvu zaposlenih, medtem ko so ostali elementi, ki definirajo kakovost delovnega mesta, pogosto neupravičeno postavljeni v ozadje.

Title:Public sector are its employees : are wages enough?
Abstract:The paper examines the elements of quality jobs, the priorities that matter to employees, and the measures that motivate employees at work and influence them to stay with a particular employer or choose to work for them. Pay is only one of these elements, although it is typically at the forefront of discussions on employee satisfaction, while other elements that define job quality are often unjustifiably placed in the background.
