| Abstract: | Iz rizosfere navadne bukve (Fagus sylvatica L.) in navadne jelke (Abies alba Mill.) smo izolirali bakterijske in glivne seve kot potencialne rastlinam koristne mikroorganizme. Izolati so bili ovrednoteni glede na izbrane rast spodbujajoče (PGP) lastnosti, povezane z dostopnostjo hranil, hormonsko regulacijo in odzivom rastlin na stres. Preliminarni rezultati predstavljajo osnovo za izbor avtohtonih sevov in oblikovanje mikrobnih konzorcijev za nadaljno inokulacijo sadik. |
