Abstract:Poglavje predstavlja medkulturno obravnavo Camusovega romana Tujec po učnem modelu TILKA (Mikolič, 2016). Delo odpira razpravo o konfliktih in družbenih anomalijah na osebni, medosebni in družbeni ravni (identiteta, problematični odnosi, medkulturni stiki in konflikti, stereotipi, nasilje), ki ostajajo aktualni. Raziskana je vloga književnosti pri razvoju kritičnega mišljenja dijakov in ozaveščanju o nasilni komunikaciji (npr. sovražni govor). Poglobljena jezikovna analiza besedila omogoča boljše razumevanje literarnih in kulturnih kontekstov ter spodbuja razpravo o sodobnih družbenih izzivih.

Abstract:T he chapter presents an intercultural reading of Camus’ novel The Stranger using the TILKA model (Mikolič, 2016). The novel opens discussion on conflicts and social anomalies at the personal, interpersonal and social levels (identity, problematic relationships, intercultural contacts and conflicts, stereotypes, violence) that remain relevant today. The role of literature in developing students’ critical thinking and awareness of violent communication (e.g. hate speech) is examined. An in-depth linguistic analysis enables a better understanding of literary and cultural contexts and encourages discussion of contemporary societal challenges.
Keywords:Slovene, language and literature, intercultural communicative competence, TILKA learning model, discourse analysis
