Title:	Successful communication among nursing team members
Abstract:	The paper presents a part of the author's diploma work, which deals with organizational communication. Successful communication among team members in the condition for successful work and staff satisfaction. Professional and organizational meetings of the nursing staff are described, as well as communication skills required for successful interpersonal cooperation. The theoretical part of the research is supplemented by some more important findings of the research, carried out the hospital. The results are applicative and can be used as the basis for better work in practice.
