Title:
The descriptive grading of the students of nursing
Abstract:
Descriptive grading encompasses student's achievement and progress in different areas. The achievements and student's development are described and not evaluated or ranged. It primarily functions as a feed-back information forstudents and teachers. The students of nursing are often in stress situations. Control, usual system of grades and the presence of other team members often influence their physical abilities and results. Descriptive grading is, due to its positive aspects, more appropriate, more friendly and less unjust than grading with marks.
