Abstract:Prispevek obravnava izobraževanje v zdravstveni negi v luči permanentnega ali vseživljenjskega izobraževanja. Izpostavi nekatere značilnosti in pomen permanentnega izobraževanja. Posebej se osredišči na andragogiko, torej izobraževanje v odrasli dobi. Poklic medicinske sestre in zdravstvena nega stav zadnjem obdobju v silovitem razvoju. Potrebujeta družbeno priznanje, večjo identifikacijo nosilcev stroke prek znanja, trdnih stališč in vrednot poklica.

Title:The significance of permanent education in nursing care
Abstract:The article deals with education in nursing care in the light of permanent life-time learning. Some characteristics and the importance of adult educationare stressed. Lately, the profession of nursing and nursing care itself are developing intensively. Therefore, social acceptance, better identification of carriers of the profession, also through knowledge, solid positions and values of the profession is required.
