Title:	Management in nursing care in a clinical center
Abstract:	Management in health care and nursing care has become the leading task of middle and top management. Nurses are being increasingly involved in demandingand complex systems of health care. The article deals with the management in nursing in the Clinical Center in Ljubljana, theoretical premises, activities and organisation of nursing care. The article also summarizes propositions formed in 1999 which should have been dealt with againif the management in nursing should get its proper role; it also brings the analysis of the state of the art today.
