Abstract:Management v zdravstvu in v zdravstveni negi postaja v sodobnem času ključna naloga vodilnih zdravstvenih delavcev. Vodilne medicinske sestre se vedno boljvključujejo v zahtevne procese in kompleksne sisteme zdravstva. Članek obravnava management zdravstvene nege v Kliničnem centru v Ljubljani, teoretična izhodišča managementa, dejavnost in urejenost zdravstvene nege v Kliničnem centru. Povzema predloge sprememb v letu 1999, ki jih bi moral management Kliničnega centra okrepiti ali na novo začeti, da bo management zdravstvene nege dobil ustrezno vlogo in mesto, ter analizo stanja danes.

Title:Management in nursing care in a clinical center
Abstract:Management in health care and nursing care has become the leading task of middle and top management. Nurses are being increasingly involved in demandingand complex systems of health care. The article deals with the management in nursing in the Clinical Center in Ljubljana, theoretical premises, activities and organisation of nursing care. The article also summarizes propositions formed in 1999 which should have been dealt with againif the management in nursing should get its proper role; it also brings the analysis of the state of the art today.
