To je didaktična in podporna metoda, ki lahko vzpodbudi in stopnjuje profesionalni razvoj in osebno rast medicinskih sester. Zdravstvena nega je lahko emocionalno zelo zahtevna. V sili zahteve okolja poleg tega pa nekatere medicinske sestre preveč pričakujejo od samih sebe. Klinična supervizija lahko pomaga medicinskim sestram, da zmanjšajo stres in preprečijočustveno izčrpanost, ki često vodi k pomanjkanju zavzetosti in motivacije pri delu. Title:	Supervision in nursing
Abstract:	The article presents of the problem encountered by the nursing stuff in their practice and continues with the introduction of supervision in the field of nursing. This is a didactic and supportive method which might encourage and enhance nurses' professional development and personal growth. Nursing can be very demanding emotionally. lt imposes external demands and, in addition, somenurses expect too much of themselves. Clinical supervision can help the nurses to reduce stress and prevent emotional burn-out which often leads to lack of both enthusiasm and motivation at work.
