Opisana sta namen in razvoj enotnega evidentiranja zdravstvenovzgojne dejavnosti, ki jo beležimo na predpisanih evidenčnih obrazcih. Navedene so zakonske podlage za izvajanje in evidentiranje zdravstveno vzgojne dejavnosti zdravstvenih organizacij v Sloveniji, na podlagi katerih so izvajalci dolžni beležiti podatke o izvajanju zdravstvenovzgojne dejavnosti. Podatke o tej dejavnosti za Slovenijo zbirajo na Oddelku za zdravstveno vzgojo pri Inštitutu za varovanje zdravja R Slovenije, le-ta pa na podlagi zbranih podatkov opravi vsakoletno analizo dejavnosti. V prispevku so prikazane zdravstvenovzgojne dejavnosti zdravstvenih organizacij v Sloveniji za obdobje od 1990 do 1992 in od 1996 do 1998 ter za leto 1999. Prispevek opisuje pomembno vlogo medicinskih sester priizvajanju in evidentiranju zdravstvenovzgojne dejavnosti. Iz analize podatkov o tej dejavnosti v Sloveniji je razvidno, da so v vseh zgoraj omenjenih obdobjih medicinske sestre najpogostejše izvajalke zdravstvenovzgojne dejavnosti. Title:	Helath education activities of health services institutions
Abstract:	The article describes some elements of the definition of health education and health promotion and desribes the purpose and development of a unified evidence of health education activities on prescribed evidence forms. The article lists legal foundations for the performance and evidence of health education activities of health institutions in Slovenia on the basis of which the performes are obliged to note data upon the performance of health education activities. The data upon this activities are gathered on the Department of Health Education at the Institute for Health of the republic of Slovenia where data are analysed yearly. The article presents some analyses ofhealth education activities of health organizations in Slovenia for the period between 1990 and 1992, 1996 to 1998 and for 1999. The article also desribes the important role of the nurses in the performance and evidence of health education activities. The analysis of the data on these activities in Slovenia show that all the above mentioned periods, among all the performers, it was the nurses who carried out these activities most often.
