Abstract:V zadnjih letih se pojavlja veliko bakterijskih sevov, ki so odporni na več antibiotikov in predstavljajo resen zdravstveni problem. V članku so opisane oblike in načini nastanka bakterijske odpornsoti, vpliv uporabe antibiotikov na pojav odpornosti bakterij pri posameznih in ukrepi, ki so pomembni za preprečevanje prenosa bolnišničnih okužb (omejena in ciljana uporaba antibiotikov, stndardni higienski ukrepi, izolacije bolnikov, učinkovita higiensko-edpiemiološka služba).

Title:Prevention of occurence and spreading of resistent bacterial strains and other microorganisms
Abstract:Many bacterial strains resistant to multiple antibiotics have appeared recently and they represent a major health problem. In the article, forms and mechanisms of bacterial resistance, influence of antibiotics use on the occurence of resistant bacterial strains in individuals, and measures for the prevention of spreading of hospital infections are described (the importance of restrictive and aimed use of antibiotics, standardized sanitary measures, isolation of patients, efective sanitary and epidemiological services).
