Title:	Quality assurance in nursing care
Abstract:	The importance of quality in nursing care is presented. The sphere of quality assurance applied inthe Netherlands is introduced and all characteristics of different levels are presented. At the University Hospital for Respiratory andAllergic Diseaes Golnik the activities of quality assurance started in1997 based on to the Netherlands model. Their first experiences are presented.
