Abstract:Članek prikazuje krog zagotavljanja kakovosti, ki je osnova za zagotavljanje kakovosti na Kliniki za plučne bolezni in alergijo Golnik. Prikazan je primer aktivnosti zagotavljanja kakovosti pri osebni higieni bolnika. Rezultati prvihmerjenj so bili slabi, vendar z načrtovanimi delom po dveh letih pri nekaterih aktivnostih že dosegajo željene meje kakovosti.

The results of initial measurement were not satisfying but have, through planned activities, become better during the pasttwo years.
