Voluntary work in hospitals and social institutions
Abstract:
Voluntary work in hospitals and social institutions enhances the quality of the life of patients and clients. The introduction of voluntary workers in institutions has an impact on social network of these institutions and all participating parties have to be prepared in advance. The condition for the successful work of the volunteers is a good organization of their work with clearly defined tasks, education and supervision, and respect and cooperative attitude of the employees towards the volunteers and care for the motivation of the volunteers.
