Abstract:Članek obravnava razmerje med deontološkimi in pravnimi normami v zdravstveni negi ter opredeljuje različne vrste odgovornosti v zdravstveni negi: profesionalno, disciplinsko, odškodninsko in kazensko. Opisani sta odškodninska in kazenska odgovornost v slovenskem pravnem sistemu. Obravnavana je odgovornost medicinskih sester kot zdravstvenih delavk, katerih delo je povezano z delom zdravnika (diagnoza in terapija), na drugi strani pa imajo svoje lastne poklicne naloge in odgovornost (zdravstvena nega).

Abstract:The article deals the relationship between deontological and legal norms in health care, followed by definitions of different kinds of liabilities in health care: professional, disciplinary, civil and criminal. Civil and criminal liability in Slovenian legal system are described. Liability is discussed within the framework of health care providers (nurses) whose work is related to the work of physicians (diagnosis and therapy), but on the other hand they have their own professional tasks and responsibilities (health care).
