Abstract:V prispevku se osredotočamo na osredje Ljubljanskega barja v bronasti dobi. V tem času naj bi se jezero dokončno umaknilo, površje je preraslo močvirje in barje. Na pomenu so pridobili vedno daljši vodotoki, med njimi je najpomembnejša reka Ljubljanica. Na kratko je predstavljena poselitev. Obširneje se posvečamo kovinskim in keramičnim najdbam iz struge reke Ljubljanice. Preverjamo tezo o ritualno odloženih predmetih, v zvezi s keramiko celo o pokopu v reki. Analiza je pokazala, da so marsikatere razlage o dogajanju v bronasti dobi videti preuranjene, morda napačne, za kar iščemo vzroke v odsotnosti ciljno usmerjenih paleookoljskih raziskav in v zelo pomanjkljivi arheološki raziskanosti območja ob Ljubljanici, še posebej vzdolž struge, od koder izvira največ kovinskih in tudi keramičnih najdb iz bronaste dobe.

Title:Ljubljansko Barje in the Bronze Age
Abstract:The article focuses on the central part of the Ljubljansko barje in the Bronze Age. During this time, the lake is said to have finally receded and the surface was overgrown with marshes and moor. Increasingly longer watercourses gained significance, the river Ljubljanica being the most important among them. The settlement is briefly presented. We focus more extensively on metal and pottery finds from the Ljubljanica riverbed. The thesis about the ritually deposited objects, and in connection with pottery, even about burials in the river, is tested. The analysis showed that many explanations about the events in the Bronze Age seem premature, possibly incorrect, the reasons for which are sought in the absence of targeted paleo-environmental research and in the very insufficient archaeological research of the area along the Ljubljanica, especially along the riverbed, from where the majority of metal and pottery finds from the Bronze Age originate.
