Title:Conditions for admitting a constitutional complaint in employment law cases
Abstract:The article discusses the conditions for the admission of a constitutional complaint for consideration by the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Slovenia, with a particular focus on cases in the field of labor law. Given that the vast majority of constitutional complaints are not accepted for consideration, and that complainants are usually informed of the court’s decision by an unreasoned decision, the purpose of this article is to provide insight into the substantive reasons that guide the court in making decisions in this field.
Keywords:Constitutional Court, constitutional complaint, admission of a constitutional complaint for consideration, employment and work, serious consequences, important constitutional question
