Abstract:Predstavljeni so testi za napovedovanje izida zdravljenja tumorjev po kemo- inradioterapiji in poškodb normalnih tkiv po radioterapiji.

Title:Napovedni testi za izid zdravljenja tumorjev po kemo in radioterapiji
Abstract:Currently used predictive assays of treatment outcome of tumors treated by chemo- or radiotherapy and radiation damage of normal tissues are presented. This review is focused on the assays where tumor cells derived from the human tumors need to be cultured in in vitro conditions to perform the test. In addition, an overview of the clinical studies dealing with the correlation between predictive assays and treatment out-come or radiation damage to the normal tissues is given.
