Vse cene so navedene brez DDV

Title:Purchase prices of the forest wood assortments from private forests in Slovenia
Abstract:Natural disturbances in the recent years have increased felling in Slovenian forests; wood quantity and quality affect the market and prices. In the beginning of the year 2017, Slovenian Forestry Institute started to collect purchase prices of forest wood assortments (FWA) on the truck road to gain an insight in the current condition of the FWA market and to add to its higher transparency. For the purpose of data acquiring, we developed a methodology and formed an internet questionnaire; using it, the companies dealing in wood purchase communicate the current purchase prices in the market of the available FWA, classified into the selected quality classes. The analysis of the periodically acquired data shows clearly visible differences between individual FWA quality classes and price trends within the years. In coniferous sawlogs and veneer logs for which for which we collect prices (spruce, fir, red pine), the highest price is reached by the spruce assortments followed by fir and red pine reaches the lowest price. The current prices of conifer timber for quality classes from A to D1 are lower than the ones in former collecting, for quality class D2 and pulpwood the prices of spruce and fir are higher, even the highest in the whole price collection period. In non-coniferous timber, despite the short period of collecting, the prices change even more distinctly; price rise is noticeable in both beech and oak. In pulpwood the highest prices are reached by beech wood followed by the wood of other hard broadleaf trees, and the lowest prices are reached by conifer wood, where there are no significant differences according to tree species. Prices of beech firewood rose considerably from the beginning of the collecting in 2017; we have been collecting prices of other hard broadleaves for firewood only since the second half of the year 2018 and are momentarily 18 % lower than the beech wood prices. All prices %are without VAT.
