Religion and religiosity went from a privately tolerated but socially undesirable fact to becoming part of social normalcy, and formal religious socialization became a dominant pattern of raising children. The paper analyzes the relationship between religious socialization in childhood and actual religiosity in student age based on an online survey conducted in 2021 on a sample of students at the University of Rijeka (N=624).
