Productive skills for travel writers and social media content producers in tourism are significant in the co-creation of sustainable tourist experiences since they are interactive and participative. The two purposes of this study are to implement and improve the dialogue journaling process as a re-usable methodology. The new 3-step processual research methodology is explained through a case study with stakeholders and project leaders in Brežice, Slovenia. The paper contributes to pragmatic tourism management concerns and practice by reporting findings from a real-world process project on cultural heritage that provides a re-usable solution.</dc:description><dc:date>2024</dc:date><dc:date>2026-07-02 08:51:21</dc:date><dc:type>Delo ni kategorizirano</dc:type><dc:identifier>30765</dc:identifier><dc:identifier>UDK: 009, 338.483.13:659.1</dc:identifier><dc:identifier>ISSN pri članku: 1408-5348</dc:identifier><dc:identifier>DOI: 10.19233/ASHS.2024.31</dc:identifier><dc:identifier>COBISS_ID: 221912323</dc:identifier><dc:language>sl</dc:language><dc:rights>Imetniki avtorskih pravic na prispevkih so avtorji.
