The specimen measured 14.20 cm in total length and weighed 27.8 g. Although E. denticulatus is known to occur in the Mediterranean Sea, it remains a rare species in eastern Mediterranean waters. This finding represents the second recorded occurrence of E. denticulatus in Türkiye’s northeastern Mediterranean waters, contributing to the documentation of its presence in the Turkish Mediterranean region. The record provides valuable data for understanding biodiversity and the distribution of deep-sea fishes in the eastern Mediterranean, offering a foundation for future research in this field.</dc:description><dc:date>2025</dc:date><dc:date>2026-06-23 14:03:07</dc:date><dc:type>Delo ni kategorizirano</dc:type><dc:identifier>30369</dc:identifier><dc:identifier>UDK: 5</dc:identifier><dc:identifier>DOI: 10.19233/ASHN.2025.04</dc:identifier><dc:language>sl</dc:language><dc:rights>Imetniki avtorskih pravic na prispevkih so avtorji.
