We report a 27-year-old woman with Fowler's syndrome who developed severe localized and systemic skin reactions after implantation of an SNM lead and extension cable. Epicutaneous testing confirmed hypersensitivity to SNM components, while standard material testing was negative. Symptoms resolved after device removal and antiallergic therapy. Clinicians should consider allergy to SNM materials when unexplained postoperative skin reactions occur, as early recognition allows prompt intervention and prevents systemic complications.</dc:description><dc:date>2026</dc:date><dc:date>2026-04-23 14:47:01</dc:date><dc:type>Neznano</dc:type><dc:identifier>29192</dc:identifier><dc:identifier>UDK: 61</dc:identifier><dc:identifier>ISSN pri članku: 2214-4420</dc:identifier><dc:identifier>DOI: 10.1016/j.eucr.2026.103450</dc:identifier><dc:identifier>COBISS_ID: 276194819</dc:identifier><dc:language>sl</dc:language></metadata>
