By narrowing our gaze to English-language scientific publications, we analyse the topics of objectivity in journalism, the role of Journalists and their position within different power relations, among others. As we scrutinise this dynamic landscape, our research, adopting the systematic literature review method, aims to synthesise existing knowledge and contribute to the ongoing discourse on journalists’ value and role in journalism in society, offering insights relevant to scholars, practitioners and enthusiasts alike. Through a comprehensive analysis, we provide a thorough understanding of how journalist values and culture are conceptualised and navigated within the multifaceted realm of contemporary journalist studies.</dc:description><dc:date>2026</dc:date><dc:date>2026-04-03 11:34:25</dc:date><dc:type>Neznano</dc:type><dc:identifier>28772</dc:identifier><dc:identifier>UDK: 316.77</dc:identifier><dc:identifier>DOI: 10.3726/b23640</dc:identifier><dc:identifier>COBISS_ID: 274082819</dc:identifier><dc:identifier>OceCobissID: 274074883</dc:identifier><dc:language>sl</dc:language></metadata>
