Rat embryonal fibroblasts (Wistar strain-WiREF) were used as a source of interferon. Cells were grown in suspension and on the microcarries (Cytodex 3). In the exponential phase of cell growth the induction was performed. The biological activity of the obtained interferon was tested on the homologous cells.
