Meaning of CV-peakP1-P2-P3-P4 in XPS_Auger_CuLMM_spectra_P1-P2-P3-P4.csv --- Description: The data for CV-peakP1, peak P2, peak P3 and peak P4 represent the stop potentials marked the cyclic voltammogram (CV) in Figure 1a. XPS analysis was then performed to determine the composition of the oxide layer on copper at the different stages of the oxidation and reduction processes (P1, P2, P3 and P4).
