Abstract

We report the launching process of a multi-institutional repository (SciVie) to broaden access to published work and grey literature in forest research. We describe the digitalization process and the strategies used to accomplish this goal.

Maja Peteh, Forestry Library - Slovenian Forestry Institute & University of Ljubljana, Biotechnical faculty, Department of Forestry and Forest Resources

Maja Peteh has an undergraduate degree in librarianship, an M.Sc. in library science, and is currently a Ph.D. student of information science at University of Ljubljana. Her research focus is scholarly communication and scientometrics especially in the field of forestry. Since 2004 she is a head of Forestry library at University of Ljubljana, Biotechnical Faculty, Department of Forestry and Renewable Forest Resources & Slovenian Forestry Institute.
